CLEA Benefit Facts

Highest Coverage
The CLEA disability plan will cover up to 100% of your pre-disability income (to a maximum of $7,500 or $9,500 per month) tax-free dependant on which plan chooses. Includes Cost of Living Benefits.

Lifetime Coverage
Non-industrial (off duty) and industrial (job-related) disabilities have a lifetime continuous benefit if you are unable to work in your current or any other type of job again.

Cost of Living Adjustments
Years 3 through 8, 4% benefit increase annually.
Year 9 to age 65, CPI increases to a maximum of 5% per year.
Thereafter, Level Lifetime coverage.

Death Benefits
$55,000
(or optional $10,000) death benefit payable to your chosen beneficiary. In addition, six additional months of Plan benefits may be payable to your dependent beneficiary under certain circumstances, as well.
